Those who have been reading my ramblings long enough will be aware of my sincere belief that I do not find all the moments that I capture , I honestly believe that sometimes the pictures find me …
I know , I know, I can hear your disbelief from here , however today I’m going to tell you a tale that will convince you that the pictures find me or at the very least confirm that I’m a “Very Lucky” boy !
There I was sitting alone on Monday afternoon , minding my own business , failing to learn a new bass line as the wheels were falling off the UK economy …
Suddenly I was distracted by this rather fetching fleeting shadow , thankfully my camera was at hand …
Proof if proof were needed that even when I’m in dodgy musician mode the elements conspire to create mini masterpieces that I am unable to resist and have to metamorphasise myself into being a “Instant” photographer instead , it’s not a good thing when your trying to get a blues vibe going !
I just couldn’t find the groove due to the distraction of this aesthetic interruption , I’m considering a EXORCISM or at least a few extra bass lessons …
Strange how some shadows appear around the house on a regular basis and others just make a elusive one-off guest appearance , this is one of them …
This is more or less as it fell out of the camera , I chose not to correct the warm colour cast …
Hope the pictures start finding you soon …
Tuesdays just as bad , Wednesday is worse , Thursday is oh so sad , etc, etc
PS , When I hit the “A” on the keyboard for the “a” that proceeds the word exorcism I must of accidently caught the CAPS LOCK , so when the word EXORCISM came up in caps , I was more than a little startled but I wasn’t scared, … honest ????
Have a good week …
