I understand the doubts that accompany the “Best” Street photographs , I understand that viewers frequently disbelieve that the pictures that defy the odds of credibility are genuine candid moments , I get it …
Those who are possessed by the “Street” obsession and who are putting the time in are less surprised by the moments that appear before their lenses , in fact if you ever get close to productive “Street” photographers and see how hard they work , how frequently they accept failure as part of the process and how deeply focused they are , you will wonder why these “Fully Formed” photographers do not find more “Special Moments” !
Good Street Photography is directly related to a evangelical belief that life , light , the universe and everything will align for the camera , Street Photography becomes a collaboration with reality once you’ve wobbled your head and found the “Right” mindset …
Let me state for the record that I find the best of my own photography unbelievable , sometimes I feel like the recipient of serendipitous photographic gifts , the best pictures feel like they happen to me , rather than something I create , its like finding a ten pound note on the pavement when your skint , the fulfillment of hope , need and optimism in a brief unexplainable moment …
Its this finding of a somethingness amongst nothingness that is the real buzz for me , god knows we all need a little somethingness and hope in our lives right now …
Does the “INTEGRITY” of a image matter ?

Social media audiences are already in deep decline , will the bots and AI tech eventually kill off the internet and blur the line between truth and lies to the point of apathy ?
Dead internet predictions are a serious thing , there are only so many memes , pics and influencers folk can can take …
Hello , hello are you real , are there any real people out there …
